Craig Lambert joined Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc. in 2007. As Executive Vice President – Asset Management, Mr. Lambert is responsible for all aspects of asset management for the entire Inland American Lodging portfolio. Prior to joining Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc., Mr. Lambert served as senior vice president of portfolio management for CNL Hotels & Resorts, Inc, and was responsible for asset management for all select and extend stay hotels.

Mr. Lambert’s tenure in the hospitality industry includes 30 years with Marriott International, during which he launched the Courtyard by Marriott concept. Mr. Lambert received a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. And Business Travel News recognized him as one of the twenty-five most influential executives in the travel industry.

Philip Wade joined Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc. in 2007.  As Senior Vice President - Investments, Mr. Wade is responsible for the company’s investment activities including acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc., Mr. Wade was the Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management for The Procaccianti Group, where he was responsible for underwriting the company’s hotel acquisitions and asset management of the hotel portfolio. Mr. Wade also spent three years as a senior analyst in the acquisitions department of CNL Hotels & Resorts and started his hospitality career as a consultant with PKF Consulting. Mr. Wade received his Bachelor of Science in Management degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Jack Elkins joined Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Project Management in November 2010. In this capacity, he is responsible for the management of all planning, design and construction efforts related to capital budgets throughout the lodging portfolio. He is accountable for the successful execution of all capital improvement work, the overall management of the annual capital budget, and for leading company endeavors to create additional value in each hotel asset.

Prior to joining Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc., Mr. Elkins held a similar position as Senior Vice President of Design and Construction for CNL Hotels & Resorts, Inc. and its successor Pyramid Advisors, who (as partners with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investments) acquired CNL Hotels and Resorts in 2007. His responsibilities included the supervision of all owner funded capital improvements for their 130 property portfolio and the “ground-up” development and/or renovation of numerous hotels and resorts including the Tampa Renaissance, the Orlando Residence Inn Sea World, the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, the Seattle Waterfront Marriott, and the Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Miami.

Prior to joining CNL, Mr. Elkins was an executive level manager with Welbro Building Corporation, recognized as one of the Southeast's premier hospitality general contracting firms. During his tenure with Welbro, his primary focus was overseeing client relationships and construction operations.

Mr. Elkins is a graduate of East Carolina University and has more than 30 years of commercial design and construction experience.
